Redefining how Indians buy health insurance

Plum is a growing employee-insurance platform trusted by 6,000+ companies across India. After success in group insurance, Plum set out to make personal health insurance just as simple, shifting a complex, high-ticket purchase into a guided in-app checkout.
The goal was to build a self-serve flow that reduces drop-offs, builds trust and enables sales-assisted visibility for high-value purchases.

Designing the self-checkout wellness journey

Plum is a health benefits platform helping companies offer insurance and wellness plans to their employees. To expand into consumer wellness, Plum partnered with Cult.fit to offer discounted Cultpass ELITE memberships directly through the app.
The goal was to build a seamless self-checkout experience that replaced a manual form, reduced fulfilment time from 2 days to 1 minute and introduced users to Plum’s broader wellness ecosystem.

Simplifying data-heavy workflows

Delhivery’s operations platform handles millions of orders, tickets and transactions every day. Power users depend on fast, repetitive actions to keep logistics moving but hidden CTAs buried in wide tables slowed them down.
We redesigned the interface from dense data tables to intuitive card layouts, making critical information and actions instantly visible within the viewport. The result was faster task completion, fewer clicks and a smoother daily flow for enterprise users.

Unifying Delhivery’s design language

Delhivery operates a complex ecosystem of products across logistics, warehousing, and delivery operations. Each product had evolved its own design language, leading to inconsistency and inefficiency.
I led the revamp of Delhivery’s design system, Aquarius V2, to centralize its visual and interaction patterns. Built with Figma Variables and Variable Modes, it enabled product-specific theming while maintaining brand harmony.
Now, every product, from the driver app to the B2B platform, speaks the same design language, fluently.

Bringing glasses to life through Instagram filters
During lockdown, I noticed how people were using Instagram filters to tell stories and create short Reels.
At Lenskart, I leveraged our existing 3D try-on models to create interactive AR filters for OJOS Wear, a new youth-focused eyewear brand.
Using Spark AR, I designed filters that let users virtually try on frames, switch styles by moving their head or play mini games like “Blink to Catch.”
These filters went viral, boosting brand visibility, organic engagement and website traffic, turning our try-on experience into a social trend.
