how did I end up here?

I studied Computer Science. My parents were proud. But then I fell in love with Product Design - and surprisingly, my dad didn’t disown me.

What started as a lockdown experiment soon became a full-time job, and before I knew it, I was helping people buy glasses at Lenskart, powering India's largest logistics network at Delhivery, making insurance and wellness feel human at Plum.

I also grew up with mythological stories woven into bedtime and breakfast - tales that are full of contradictions, flawed heroes, and shifting perspectives, teaching me how to observe people, not just characters. Turns out, that’s great training for UX too.

Indian mythology taught me that context shapes truth. And that’s helped me design better - not by simplifying people’s needs, but by understanding how layered and evolving they are.

I think of UX like retelling a story: you adapt the narrative to the moment, the audience, and what they’re ready to hear.

I like designing for mess. The kind of flows where the user isn’t sure what they want yet, or the business barely knows what it needs. That’s where I do my best work - untangling ambiguity and shaping clarity.

My strength lies in listening deeply, asking inconvenient questions, and crafting experiences that feel invisible in the best way. Clean UI is nice. Trust is better.

I'd be a neatly labeled frame with a hidden chaotic artboard off to the side named “don’t judge me”.

My theatre training taught me timing, empathy, and how to hold attention without shouting. My flute teaches me rhythm. My design practice sits somewhere in between - structured, intuitive, quietly dramatic.
